I'm Steven, a freelance developer based near Nancy, France. I build tools that fit the way you work, put them online and keep improving them with you.
Solutions designed around your business, from the first idea to launch.
Showcase sites, redesigns of an existing site or online shops, fast and search-friendly.
Browser-based platforms with user accounts, payments or subscriptions.
iOS and Android apps built from a single codebase, so you can launch on both platforms.
Dashboards and tools to manage clients, stock or bookings, shaped around the way you work.
Assistants that draw on your own documents, automated repetitive tasks and connections between your tools.
Windows, macOS and Linux applications, including for technical or graphics-heavy needs.
Hosting, deployment and maintenance available for all of these. Need something that doesn't fit any of these boxes? Let's talk.
A simple process, with one point of contact from the first call to launch.
A free first conversation to understand what you need, followed by a clear, detailed quote.
Mock-ups and technical choices signed off together, before a single line of code is written.
Regular check-ins so you can follow progress and adjust along the way.
Deployment, handover and ongoing support, so your tool keeps running smoothly.
From a 3D game to a mobile app: projects built solo, in a team or for clients.
Timers triggered by rewards that viewers redeem, and a chat styled to match the channel, shown live on stream.
A site presenting a career path, field protocols and a reading journal, built from the client's own mock-up and delivered as a lightweight static site.
A remotely managed Linux server running my own services: automations, database, file storage and websites.
A simulator of people moving between configurable activities and service counters, with a Java application driving processes written in C.
A 3D game where the player explores an invisible world by revealing it point by point with a LIDAR scanner. It inspired the animation at the top of this page.
A click & collect mobile app for the university cafeteria: students order from their phone and pick up their meal at the counter.
I'm Steven Vigneron. I studied computer science in Nancy: a two-year technical degree, a bachelor's, then a master's I left partway through to start Reilbas Studio and work on real projects.
I build websites, apps, software and games, moving between web and mobile, Java and C++. I put that range to work for freelancers, non-profits and small businesses: one point of contact from scoping to launch, and clean code you can keep building on.
Outside work: video games, strength training and calisthenics, drawing and 3D.
Describe it in a few lines and I'll get back to you within 48 hours with a first estimate, no strings attached. I work in French and English.
